Level will search the full market place by contacting a network of landlords, agents and flexible workspace operators to collate options which match your brief.

Presentation of options

We will set up a session to present our findings to your team and present each option in detail and why we feel you should consider it on your shortlist of viewing options.

Workspace inspections

Our team will be on hand to book in all of the viewings on your behalf and we will attend the workspace inspections with you so that we can carry out due diligence on all of the options that have been shortlisted.

What's time to do we need to commit?

The two key points of focus which require the majority of your time, is the initial brief and the attending of the workspace viewings.
The rest of the process is taken care of by Level's property experts. We keep in regular contact to update you on the latest details of the project. We deliver on the workload so that you can focus on your daily business tasks.

How long does it take?

The overall process can take up to 6 months, that's why we advise you to start looking at around this time before your current lease ends to give you plenty of time to consider new options, complete the lease, fit your space out and move across to your new home.

What is the process?

From the point of instruction of Level, we will sit down with your team to collate a brief, from here Level will send out a search to the market to collate options. All of the options collated will be presented you and from here we will make a shortlist, book in all inspections for you and construct the viewing agenda. Once we have a shortlist, the Level team will begin negotiations to achieve the best value for your business on your preferred workspace option.Level will act as your property team throughout the whole process.
