Fairmont Recruitment is eyeing expansion having settled into its new Manchester city centre office.
Level secured oversaw the deal which saw the fast growing tech recruiter move into 53-55 Mosley Street.
Fairmont CEO Jack Donohue is eyeing potential new locations, including in London and abroad.
And described the move into 2,100 sq ft of space in Mosley Street as a bold and relevant step.
“Our Manchester city centre office has everything we wanted, including collaboration and chill-out spaces, an outdoor terrace, pool table and big screens.
“The move was all about planning for future growth as around 25 people can work inside the space.”
He added: “It’s not a standard office by any means. We wanted to invest and make our base a space where people want to come and work for four days a week.
“We also know this will enable us to attract the best talent as well as retaining the people we already employ.”
Fairmont were previously based in Booths Park in Knutsford but had outgrown the space.
Level’s Joe Averill said: “Fairmont’s base is central and gives employees access to the company’s clients as well as providing a truly modern space for its growing workforce.”
