Gibson Hollyhomes’ growing workforce choose Department XYZ ahead of recruitment push

Recruitment agency Gibson Hollyhomes boasts specialisms across the legal sector, property, accounting and finance and sales and temporary services.

The business grew from 10 to 15 staff midway through 2022 and is planning to add five more team members by the middle of 2023.

Employees are mainly office based, working one day per week at home, while one staff member has more of a hybrid working model.

Rachel Hoyle, Finance and Operations Manager, said: “Finding the new office was a relief. It is something we have needed for a while to look to grow and push the business forward and Level was a great help.
