
AND Digital has secured the launch of its latest office/‘club’ in Manchester at Bruntwood’s Bloc Building. This will be AND Digital’s second club in Manchester - Club Jemison – which inherits its name from American astronaut Mae Jemison, the first woman of colour to travel in space.
Level advised AND Digital on securing 32 desks at Bloc. The brief entailed; strong digital connectivity, inclusive workspace, 32 desks, strong transport links, central location and fully fitted out hybrid solution.
Level utilised a crafted network of property agents, landlords and managed workspace operators to collate all office options which aligned with AND Digital’s brief, all whilst keeping the clients identity confidential in the market.
Bruntwood’s Bloc building has a renewed focus on the work environment to help boost productivity. Technology monitors and optimises air quality, a state-of-the-art wellness suite, a sleep pod, wellness room, and a cascading garden in the foyer are all featured to help bring balance to business. Bloc features a cinema room, spaces for community pop-up events, and co-working spaces to help foster collaboration amongst teams.
